SHIPPING POLICY

Manufacture and Delivery

Each sign produced by Custom Neon Signs Australia is a bespoke custom sign made to order. Production commences once the design has been approved by both parties and payment to Custom Neon Signs Australia has been received.

Delivery Time Period (Australia and New Zealand)

Standard delivery typically takes 10–21 days (2–3 weeks). Your sign is manufactured at our production facility, quality tested for 24hrs of continual usage and then air-freighted to Sydney, cleared through customs, and delivered to your door via Australia Post or Pack & Send.

Express Delivery (7 – 10 days)

Express delivery is available for an additional fee and includes shipment via DHL Express or FedEx directly to your address. Please request this service if you require delivery by a specific date or for a matter of urgency.

Important Information

Production will commence only after artwork approval and receipt of payment. Any approved design changes will restart the process from scratch and push out the timeline.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to peak periods, courier network disruptions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

For the fastest turnaround, ask us about Express Manufacturing at checkout, approve your artwork promptly, and ensure your delivery address is correct before payment.

New Zealand Orders, Risk & Currency

For international shipments to New Zealand, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges. Some shipments may not incur these charges. If you are unsure, please check with the New Zealand Customs Service before ordering. Custom Neon Signs Australia is not liable for these costs or for delays caused by customs. Shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes.

All invoices are issued in AUD (Australian Dollars). Custom Neon Signs Australia is not responsible for currency conversion costs, including exchange rate variations or fees charged by your bank or card provider.
